Meet The Marden Team
Marsha Marden, D.M.D
Dr. Marden's passion about dentistry began in high school when she became a dental assistant. She went on to dental hygiene school, followed by dental school and is now planning her 20th reunion from Washington University School of Dental Medicine. She believes her purpose in life is to create healthy smiles, and considers herself privileged to work in a profession that is stimulating, meaningful and fulfilling. Her commitment to continuing her education is the key to being able to provide excellent, predictable care.
Dr. Marden is a member of many organizations which include the American Dental Association, Missouri Dental Association, Greater St. Louis Dental Society and International College of Dentists. She is actively involved in Delta Sigma Delta, a dental fraternity, and sits on the board of Washington University Dental Alumni Association. . For the last several years, she has been committed to helping children through her association with Delta Dental Health Theatre and Give Kids a Smile. Her favorite professional group is the Gateway Study Club which is part of the Seattle Study Club—a group of dentists (specialists and generalists) committed to providing the ultimate in dental care through interdisciplinary treatment planning.
Dr. Marden is a lifelong St. Louisan, currently residing in Kirkwood. She's married and has two sons, along with 3 grandchildren. She spends every minute she can with the little ones! When she has extra time, she loves to shop, check out the latest restaurants with friends, read, walk and travel. There is rarely a quiet moment in her life!
Cindy Walter - Dental Hygienist
Cindy earned her degree from the University of Missouri Kansas City and has been practicing dental hygiene for over 27 years. She has three children in the Kirkwood School District and loves working in her hometown community. She enjoys gardening, cooking and attending live theater productions. Her dental career has been rewarding, challenging, and she appreciates that dentistry keeps getting better and better for the patients. Denise Schwarzbach - Dental Hygienist
Denise is a graduate from the 1984 Forest Park Community College Dental Hygiene Program. She joins our team sharing her passion for her profession with all her patients. She spends time teaching and educating about the importance of oral health and enjoys working with her patients to create clean, healthy and beautiful smiles. She is married with 4 boys and enjoys camping, kayaking, her dog, Trooper; along with baseball, marching band and swim meets.
Donna Wayne - Business Administrator
Donna has been a part of the Marden Dental Team since 1998 and offers 30 years of experience in the dental field. Originally graduating from Mineral Area College in Park Hills, MO in August 1980, she started her career as a Certified Dental Assistant. After working about 12 years as a chairside assistant, she went to work for Genelco (an insurance company) as a dental claims processor. This experience led her back to the dental office, but this time in the administrative area where she utilizes not only her clinical experience, but also her insurance knowledge. Donna resides in Fenton with her husband Mark, and together they have three great kids! Her current ambitions have taken her back to school, which keeps her busy juggling time with family activities and friends. Her passion to travel includes her quest to visit all the wonderful lighthouses in North America. She also loves animals, music and movies, along with outdoor recreation and the occasional Patricia Cornwell novel.
Pam Farris - Business Assistant
Pam grew up in Southern California and has since lived in Florida and Michigan before arriving in St. Louis in 2006. Her hobbies include collecting penguins, running, shopping, eating, watching baseball, camping, tole painting, and going to the beach when back in "The OC". She is married and has 2 sons, who are back home in California attending USC. She has 10 years of experience in the dental field and has her Registered Dental Assistant license in California.
Samantha Huff - Assistant
Samantha graduated from Missouri College in April of 2009. In her spare time Sam likes to shop and be outside practicing her love of photography. She and Eric have a 3 year old daughter Madalyn, and are busy planning their wedding for September 2012. She recently completed her dental assisting certification and is enrolled for expanded function starting this fall. She loves the health field and would like to further herself in this area.
Sarah Lindsey- Assistant
Sarah is a graduate of Allied College, with an associate's degree in Applied Science. She and Joey have one son, Hayden, who will be turning 3 in December, and a new puppy named Pork Chop. They love spending time together outside or just simply being at home. She enjoys reading mysteries and romance novels on her free time and loves to go to the movies. Sarah also enjoys shopping, family vacations and boat rides. She is continually learning new things to further her education, not only in the dental field, but in life itself!
Stacy Tucci - Assistant
Stacy graduated from Missouri School for Doctors Assistants. Her dental career started with working for Dr. Marden in 1993. After taking several years off to start a family, she has recently returned and is happy to be working chair side at Marden Dental. Stacy enjoys reading, scrapbooking and going to the theater. Her husband Nick has a landscaping business that keeps her busy with bookwork, along with her 2 daughters. Stacy's favorite vacation spot is Disney World!
